[Xrayops] Injector Downtime ongoing

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Linac RF repair is underway and is expected to take ~1 hour. Top-up will be restarted immediately after L5RF is back at its operational level and a fill-on-fill will be performed 30-40 minutes after that.
