[Xrayops] Beam loss at 17:38

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Stored beam was lost at 17:38 due to a water flow fault for one of the RF hybrid loads. We reset the system and recovered stored beam to enable shutter permit at 18:26.
