[Xrayops] Stored beam drop from 102 to 85mA

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to a Storage Ring Kicker Power Supply Timing issue, Stored beam has dropped from 102mA at 15:13 Today through to 85mA at 15:59 Today. Operations, Louis Emery, and Ju Wang are investigating the situation.
