[Xrayops] Downtime update & Lifetime adjustments

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to ongoing Injection Kicker repairs, adjustments were made between 19:09-19:25 to SR tunes/emittance/coupling in order to increase the beam lifetime from ~10 hours to ~40 hours. These will be recovered once the injector is again operational. Top-up will be restarted and a fill-on-fill will be scheduled. Injector repairs are expected within the hour.
