[Xrayops] Injector Downtime Update

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

To compensate for the ongoing injector issues there will be adjustments made to the Storage Ring Coupling to increase the beam life time by 50%. This adjustment will be made at 10:22.
