[Xrayops] Storage Ring orbit control law Data Pool started.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Wednesday 06/27/18 @ 21:00 during the investigation of SIOCFE13, we have started Storage Ring orbit control law X & Y using Data Pool, not X-Ray Data Pool. So X-Ray BPMs are not being used.
