[Xrayops] Top-Up aborted

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 22:12 on 10/23/18 Top-Up has been aborted due to a problem with one of the injectors.
Investigation into the problem is underway.
Top-up should resume in ~15 minutes.
