[Xrayops] Update on Chilled Water

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Chilled water status returned to normal last night at ~6:10pm. No apparent water leak or other cause for the makeup pump alarm at ~5:20pm was found. Users are reminded to call the Floor Coordinator (2-0101) or Control Room (2-9424) before drawing and/or discharging chilled water in the future.
