[Xrayops] Beam Dump

Problem: Shutter permit removed @ 01:34
Activity: Process water temperature was increasing to magnet trip limits. Per Technical group the stored beam was dumped and affected magnets turned off before the trip limit was reached, to prevent possible equipment damage during repair. On call technicians have arrived and are investigating.
Estimated time of shutter enable: 03:30
