[Xrayops] S:IS1 update

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Problem: Injection septum S:IS1 replacement



Activity: S:IS1 preliminary test by PS Group completed. Ramping SR RF up to normal operating parameters. SR injection tests to follow. Storage ring start-up and lattice set up has a low probability of infringing on the start of user operations on October 1st.
