[Xrayops] elevated SR beam motion on 3/6/22 @00:35-00:36 and 12:19-12:21

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Major stored beam motion occurred on 3/6/22 @00:35-00:36 and 12:19-12:21 when SR Real Time Feedback loops tripped. The trips were quickly recovered both times.
