[Xrayops] Machine Study with Shutters Open

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

The study requiring shutters to be open will continue until ~00:00-01:00 Tuesday, February 7th. The studiers will have control of 1-ID. All other ID beamlines will have their gaps fully open and no gap control.
