[Xrayops] Increase of Operating SR Beam Current

NOTICE TO USERS:Stored beam current has been elevated from 104mA to 114mA at 0800 AM Tuesday 19 November.  Operations will continue for the rest of the week at this beam current unless unforeseen issues arise.
