[GSAS-II] How to generate the ".raw" file from scratch

Dear everyone,

I am attempting to generate the ".raw" file from a counts vs. (deg)2theta
two-column file. Has anyone done this before? Or is it even possible to do
so? Any suggestions or hints would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
