[GSAS-II] How to generate the ".raw" file from scratch

First of all, there are several different file formats that use the .raw suffix, so you should specify which one you want. Knowing what you want to do with this .raw file might make this question more clear (and there may be easier choices). In any case, unless someone (not me) wants to write an exporter for the particular .raw version that you want, GSAS-II is not going to write that.

If you are running on Windows, you might look into PowDLL. I am not sure if it can write what you want, but it does handle a lot of different formats. There are several other format converters, but I know little on this subject.
