[GSAS-II] How to generate the ".raw" file from scratch

Hi,
You can convert .dat file using ConvX.exe to raw file. If you want to use this file in GSAS, just make the file .xye. make sure there is no wording in the file or use # before any sentence or word.

I am attempting to generate the ".raw" file from a counts vs. (deg)2theta
two-column file. Has anyone done this before? Or is it even possible to do
so? Any suggestions or hints would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
