[GSAS-II] determine profile parameter from a standard

Hi,
I just started using GSAS II to fit some X-ray diffraction patterns from a
Regaku XRD. The first thing I am doing is to fit the profile parameter
from a spectra of a LaB6 standard. The instrument is quite good so Ka2
peaks are clearly resolved for most peaks. I was wondering if I should pick
all the Ka2 peaks in peak fitting or GSAS will identify those peaks
automatically?
I have also got several incorrect fitted peaks (red/negative intensities in
the Peak List) no matter I pick those Ka2 peaks or not. Is there a way to
clean it up? The range I am fitting is 20-145 degrees (2-theta).
I have been following this link for profile parameter fitting.

Thank you.
