[GSAS-II] Gsas-ii

Hi Kasa,

I don't know what causes the problem, but I'm sure it will be easier for
the GSAS-II gurus to help if you tell whether this is a problem related to
a specific GSAS-II refinement, or if it happens in all refinements you run,
including example gpx files.
