[GSAS-II] Standard deviation in refined phase fraction

Dear all,
Pardon me if the question has already been asked and answered. I was trying
to refine the multi phase xrd pattern to evaluate the phase fraction. While
phase fraction values can easily be retrieved from the data tab, can
standard deviation associated in determining the phase fraction (or refined
parameters) also be found out?
