[GSAS-II] Seeking help tracking down a GSAS-II bug

Hi everyone,

   A bug has been reported by two people where GSAS-II crashes, but this only seems to happen for a small subset of Windows users and only on Windows. Neither Bob nor I can reproduce it. I have a guess as to where the GUI might be crashing, but I am unhappy about making changes without knowing if this will actually address the problem.

   I am seeking help from anyone who is able to reproduce this problem. I would add some changes to the code to document exactly where the crash is occurring, to confirm my hunch is correct and then I would create a test version where I try to address this.
