[Xrayops] SR Vertical Emittance and SR Coupling

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Sunday 04/08/07 at 17:22 Operations attempted to lower the SR Vertical 
Emittance and SR Coupling from 1.86% down to 1.5%. However, coupling rose to 
~2.6% and then was recovered back down to ~1.86%. We are discussing the 
situation with Karen Schroeder.
