Per Karen Schroeder's request, we are opening the up the SR Vertical Emittance 
PV Monitor alarm limits, and are continuing to monitor the situation. Karen is 
investigating the situation further. SR Vertical Emittance 0.0447153 and 
Coupling 1.9%.
