[Xrayops] Sector 18 Bitbus PS CAB-5 Node 5

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 03/11/07 @10:14 Sector 18 Bitbus PS CAB-5 Node 5 went to link invalid 
alarm. We aborted SR X & Y orbit control laws and open the realtime 
feedback loops, and remotely reset its PSCU. This did not correct the 
error. At 10:38 we restarted the control laws and realtime feedback. 
Although there is a link invalid error for the S19 power supplies, the 
SR orbit, coupling, and emittance are fine.
