On 03/11/07 @10:14 Sector 18 Bitbus PS CAB-5 Node 5 went to link invalid 
  alarm. We are informing you that we are going to: Abort SR X & Y orbit 
control law and open the realtime feedback loops, remotely reset the 
PSCU, and then restart the control laws and realtime feedback.
