[Xrayops] Todays RMS motion.

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Today for a ~20 minute period, from 13:44 to 14:04, the RMS beam motion 
was elevated. The cause was tracked down construction work outside the 
Storage Ring tunnel  on the infield. At this time the beam motion has 
returned to normal.
