[Xrayops] work on SPX facility may cause beam motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

During the construction of the SPX building in the APS infield, we 
expect to see periodic elevated RMS motion over the next few weeks due 
to excavation, caisson drilling, soil backfill/compaction and concrete 
work. The MCR will notify the floor coordinators and those on this 
mailing list when such incidences occur.

Operations has been notified that the work crew expects to start soil 
compaction at approximately 13:00 today. If elevated motion occurs at 
that time, an e-mail will be sent out to those on this mailing list when 
it has started and finished.
