[Xrayops] Beam Motion

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Tuesday August 12, 2008 from 20:24 to 20:26 Storage Ring Horizontal 
and Vertical RMS Motion and Emittance spiked. At this time there is no 
known reason for the spike. It was not due to the CPU nor due to 
movement of ID gaps.
