Top-Up aborted due to S:IK4 PS problem.

At 3:50 on Tuesday June 24th, 2008 Top-Up has been aborted due to a problem with S:IK4 power supply. Investigation into the problem is underway. At 04:50 Coupling was changed from ~1.4% to ~2.5%. At 08:00 today Machine Studies will start.
