Storage Ring power supply "S2B:Q2:PS" failed at 2016 tonight causing a beam 
loss. OPS is currently following procedures to swap out the failed equipment and 
restore beam. If the swap out and recovery goes well, beam should be restored by 
around 2130.

Further emails will be sent if appropriate.
