[Xrayops] Beam motion issue resolved

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

At 23:54 Sunday February 1, TopUp was aborted to enabled reconfiguration of 
various SR controllaws. TopUp was not running for a period of 9 minutes, during 
which time Realtime Feedback and SR Orbit Correction were stopped and restarted 
a number of times. Elevated beam motion was present during this time. As of 
00:03 on Monday February 2, TopUp and all SR Controllaws are operational again. 
SR beam motion has returned to normal, within tolerance, levels.
