[Xrayops] Suspension of Top-up

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 2/22/08 at 20:19 Top-up was aborted due to an injector problem. A 
Linac RF system power supply tripped off. After reset, Top-up was 
restarted at 20:40. First positive injection was at 20:42. Stored beam 
reached 100mA at 21:00.
