[Xrayops] Opening of Gaps

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Thursday March 19th at approximately 10:51, a command to open all of 
the gaps was inadvertently issued, while performing a gap scan. A 
command to close the gaps was immediately issued at 10:52 and the gaps 
were back to their previous setpoints at approximately 10:53. Sectors 
17, 20, 21, 23 and 31 did not return to their previous values. The floor 
coordinator was notified of these sectors and the users were then notified.
