On 03/19/09 from 14:05 to 14:14 the storage ring beam horizontal 30Hz 
beam motion increased from 1.2 microns to 1.4-2.5microns. From 14:14 to 
14:31 SR 30Hz horizontal beam motion was around 1.4 microns before 
dropping to normal values. The causes are still unknown.
