[Xrayops] Top-Up resumed

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Sunday 8/15/10, at 11:20, Top-Up was resumed. 
During the period from 11:03 to 11:20 coupling was elevated due to a sextupole 
magnet problem in the Storage Ring. The problem was corrected and coupling has 
returned to normal.
