[Xrayops] Suspension of Top-Up

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On 18 August 2010 at 12:52, top-up was suspended due to an injector 
problem. After recovery of injector beam, top-up was resumed at 12:57, 
with approximately 98mA stored. At 13:06, SR current reached 100mA and 
has not fallen below that mark since 13:08.
