[Xrayops] update on Fill #1 loss at 23:49 on 6/2/10

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

After the beam was lost at 23:49 on 6/2/3 due to SR power supply trip, 
31-ID experienced the following Major faults at 23:52: 31ID FEEPS Fault 
65 (SS2 Open Switch fail), and Fault #68 (SS2 Fail Fully Clc), as well 
as PSS chain A Fault 73 (SS2_NO_SWITCH_S). Ops contacted the On call 
Safety Interlock personnel to investigate. They are currently on the way
to investigate/ repair, ETI approximately at 2a.m. These faults prevent
SR fill, and need to be corrected first.
