[Xrayops] beam loss

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Currently we have narrowed the cause of the beam loss to a communication 
problem with components in the storage ring. Local investigation that 
the problem was caused by a local hardware failure with the 
communication equipment. Technicians have been called in to investigate. 
Their arrival time is approximately 60 minutes. As of right now we are 
anticipating beam permit between 03:30 - 04:00. We will keep you posted 
with updates as they happen.
