[Xrayops] Beam Loss

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Beam was lost at 23:01 on Tuesday, November 23rd. The beam loss seemed 
to be due to an issue with a timing ioc. This timing issue has not been 
fully resolved. It also seemed to cause an issue with a storage ring 
realtime feedback ioc. A controls group engineer is onsite assisting 
with the investigation. At this time there is no estimate for beam delivery.
