[Xrayops] SR beam

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

SR shutter permit was delivered at 04:07 on Wednesday, November 24th. 
There was ~63mA of stored beam at the time. Top-up is not running due to 
an ongoing injector problem in the booster. SR coupling was adjusted to 
2.0% to increase SR beam lifetime. There is no estimate at this time for 
injector recovery. RMS beam motion is not currently updating due to an 
ongoing ioc issue. SR cogging is not running.

available.
