[Xrayops] Stored beam above 100mA

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Thursday October 14th, 2010 at 10:36 stored beam dropped from ~102mA to 99.3mA with Top-Up ongoing. 
On Thursday October 14th, 2010 at 10:44 there is over 100mA of stored beam with Top-Up ongoing. 
On Thursday October 14th, 2010 at 11:20 there is over 102mA of stored beam with Top-Up ongoing.
