[Xrayops] orbit control law out of range

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

On Sunday 03/20/11 at 02:45 there was beam motion due to S15 & S16 BPMs. 
As of Sunday 03/20/11 at 05:18 the investigation is ongoing. 
So from 02:45 to now the Storage Ring Orbit Control Law has been out of range. 
But there has been only occasionally minor storage ring beam motion alarms.
