[Xrayops] Top-up aborted & Plan to ramp to 102mA

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Due to booster power supply problem, top-up has been aborted. Before the supply tripped off, we were having difficulty maintaining good booster extraction and were having difficulty maintaining the starting target current of 82mA. Once these issues are resolved and we are back at 82mA, we will begin to slowly ramp current in the SR to 102mA over 24 hours.
