[Xrayops] recent elevated beam motion readback indications

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

There were several recent indications of elevated beam motion that were due to calculation errors only. No actual elevated beam was experienced for any of those events. The problem involved the use of a faulty BPM readback in the calculation, which has since been removed. The issue should no longer occur. The times of the spurious beam motion indications were 13:56, 14:04, and 14:07.
