[Xrayops] Portion of Stored Beam lost

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

 At 15:51 a large portion of the beam was lost.  At 15:59 stored beam dropped below 50mA. Shutter permit has been removed. We are investigating.
