[Xrayops] Delayed SR refill

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Problem: Due to an injector issue, the scheduled 19:45 fill-on-fill with shutters open is likely to be delayed until repairs are completed.

Activity: PS Group personnel are on site trouble-shooting the Booster Extraction Kicker (B:EK) power supply. No estimate for repairs are known at this time.
