[Xrayops] S:IS1 issue update

[APS Experiment Hall X-ray Operations Problem List]

Problem: The APS troubleshooting an issue with injection septum S:IS1 operation.

Activity: Storage Ring conditioning with top-up is ongoing.

Estimated time of shutter enable: We anticipate a return to user operations at 8 AM today, Friday, October 11th with gaps open.
