[Xrayops] S:IS1 magnet problem/replacement update

Problem: Injection septum S:IS1 magnet problem/replacement



Activity: The septum has been replaced and bake out activities are complete and on schedule. Reassembly of miscellaneous Zone F components and QA in progress. While all repair activities are expected to be concluded by late Sunday afternoon, storage ring start-up and lattice set up has a low probability of infringing on the start of user operations on October 1st.
