[Xrayops] S:IS1 Replacement Update

Problem: Injection septum S:IS1 magnet problem/replacement



Activity: Zone A and Zone F tunnels have been closed and their respective switchgear racked in. S:IS:1 testing has begun. While all repair activities are expected to be concluded by late Sunday afternoon, storage ring start-up and lattice set up has a low probability of infringing on the start of user operations on October 1st.
