The APS Experimental Safety Approval System is used to collect information about APS User Experiments. A record is made of the ESAF at the time the Floor Coordinator posts the ESAF. This list is used to request changes to an experiment's captured ESAF data AFTER the experiment has started. Before an experiment starts, changes can be made directly to the ESAF in the ESAF application. Please provide enough information in your email to identify the experiment as well as the change.
