[GSAS-II] change in access to GSAS-II web pages

There will be a change in access to the GSAS-II websites (https://subversion.xray.aps.anl.gov/trac/pyGSAS and https://subversion.xray.aps.anl.gov/pyGSAS). Previously, if you used http:// to access it, you would be redirected to the preferred mode of access (https://). The DOE is now requiring that all access via http: to any website be completely disabled, so this redirection will be turned off. After sometime on Thursday, using the wrong mode will simply fail. We do not expect that this should change things, since we don’t expect anyone to have a link to the http: form to any pages within the https://subversion.xray.aps.anl.gov/ space, but if you do come across a broken link, please post where you find it here or directly to me.

BTW, as a shortcut, you can use bit.ly/GSASII<http://bit.ly/GSASII> to get to https://subversion.xray.aps.anl.gov/trac/pyGSAS
